- Participating in preparation of revenue and cost forecast
- Performing review and analysis of customers, products profitability
- Preparation of analysis, monthly monitoring of the results
- Monthly upload of forecast to Hyperion system
- Identification of possible savings areas, cost effectiveness initiatives and follow up actions
- Monitoring of the profitability of projects
- Managing collectability: preparation of overdues reports, monitoring of the Daily Sales Outstanding reporting
- Preparation of monthly reporting required by corporate (DSO analysis, DSO forecast, etc.) and any other ad hock reports/ analysis
- Support collection of cash from overdue debtors, e.g. resolve customers' queries around outstanding invoices.
- Review provisions for bad debt.
- Ad hoc requests from Supervisor.
- Involve in audit queries.
- Deliver service in line with agreed controls, policies and procedures.
- Cross functional cooperation with accounting, contract administration, HR, Sales Ops
- 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, accounting and finance or other finance related areas
- Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Financial Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of in English and Polish languages
