- Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data quality enhancement
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Min. 3 - years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
