    Social Media Coordinator / Koordynator ds. Social Media

    Twój zakres obowiązków
    • Do naszego zespołu poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Koordynatora ds. Social Media. Osoba na tym stanowisku będzie kluczowym członkiem zespołu, odpowiedzialnym za rozwijanie i realizację strategii mediów społecznościowych na rynkach CEE, z naciskiem na budowanie świadomości marki oraz zwiększanie zaangażowania społeczności.
    • Opracowywanie i realizacja skutecznych strategii mediów społecznościowych (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), mających na celu budowanie świadomości marki i zwiększanie zaangażowania społeczności.
    • Współpraca z agencjami Social Media na rynkach Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej (CEE), zapewniając efektywną komunikację i realizację strategicznych działań.
    • Zarządzanie kampaniami reklamowymi, w tym płatnymi reklamami na różnych platformach społecznościowych.
    • Kontaktowanie się z influencerami i ambasadorami marki, w celu zwiększenia zasięgu i zaangażowania widzów.
    • Współpraca z globalnymi zespołami w celu wymiany najlepszych praktyk oraz zapewnienia spójności marki na międzynarodowym poziomie.
    • Analiza danych i raportowanie wyników, ocena skuteczności działań oraz wprowadzanie strategii optymalizacyjnych.
    • Monitorowanie trendów w mediach społecznościowych i proponowanie kreatywnych rozwiązań.
    Nasze wymagania
    • Długość doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku 3-5lat (doświadczenie zdobyte w branży mediów)
    • Znajomość narzędzi i platform mediów społecznościowych (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube itp.).
    • Umiejętność tworzenia skutecznych strategii mediów społecznościowych i treści, dostosowanych do różnych grup docelowych.
    • Umiejętność analizy danych, interpretowania wyników działań mediów społecznościowych i dostosowywania strategii w oparciu o te dane (Sotrender)
    • Znajomość platform reklamowych (Facebook Ads)
    • Umiejętność moderowania i aktywizowania społeczności w Social Mediach
    • Umiejętność koordynowania pracy agencji.
    • Doskonałe umiejętności organizacyjne.
    • Pakiet MS Office (w szczególności Excel i Power Point)
    • Znajomość j. angielskiego - C1
