    Our goal is to build an innovative self service based overall data management environment for shared business know-how and corporate data and thus drive digitalization in the company and to enable self-service data management.


    responsibilities :

    Take end-to-end responsibility to develop, deliver and maintain business services within an agreed framework and for the operation of the service.

    Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with agreed quality, audit, and security and regulatory standards.

    Defining and monitoring SLAs and OLAs, Service review and improvements are part of your responsibilities.

    Take responsibility for Service operations and respective documentation, coordination, communication along with performing trainings and meetings.


    Actively shape and provide the operational, incident, change and improvement processes in our Data Catalog environment and ensure their success.


    Manage the product backlog for this service and drive related discussions with the global cross-functional teams and ensure transparency for all involved teams.

    Ensure customer and team satisfaction.

    Coordinate go-lives together with the stakeholders, this includes for example test management and user acceptance testing.


    Coordinate the different vendors, stakeholders and teams that are involved in the execution of the service and drive relevant activities.


    Ensure service quality in portfolio / catalogue & CMDB Support cost controlling and resource planning in your area of responsibility You think outside the box, consider end-to-end processes, and identify cross-topic dependencies.


    requirements-expected : You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or comparable You have many years of relevant professional experience as an IT service manager and strong track record in managing IT demands You do not have a degree? Applications with vocational training in combination with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this field are also welcome You enrich our team with in-depth knowledge in all ITIL Service Management processes (Service Management, Demand Management, Change Management) and Application Management In addition to profound IT project management experience, you also have knowledge of moderation techniques You ideally have experience with the IT operation/IT service of data management or data governance solutions You have good understanding of enterprise data landscapes and architectural building blocks as well as various data assets of different business domains, data flow and lineage You have very profound experiences in requirements engineering, demand/project management, agile methods (e.g.

    SCRUM) and problem solving techniques (e.g.

    design thinking) You enjoy working in an international team with colleagues from Europe, Americas and Asia and speak fluent English.


    German and other languages are an advantage You have the passion to actively shape the our data strategy and You work in a structured and independent manner and have already proven that you can prioritize complex processes You ask, 'Why not?' instead of 'Why?'.
