    We're in the process of revolutionizing employee training and company-knowledge with our platform, Our goal is to streamline and enhance the training process, making it more efficient and effective for companies striving to achieve market leadership.

    We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Quality Assurance and a Passion for Product Management, possessing a background in Software.

    Your Role:

    As a QA Automation Engineer, your primary focus will be on ensuring the highest quality of our platform, Workbase. You will be crucial in shaping the future of our product by maintaining a strong emphasis on testing and quality assurance practices. You'll collaborate closely with our product and development teams, leveraging your expertise in software development and QA to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and product vision.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Quality Assurance: Lead the QA efforts to ensure the highest quality in every phase of the product development. Conduct thorough QA sessions and coordinate testing strategies to identify and resolve defects.
    • Ticket Management: Organize and create tickets focused on development tasks, ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with our quality objectives and product roadmap.
    • Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of feedback and adherence to quality standards.
    • Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog with an emphasis on critical quality issues and the overall enhancement of product reliability.
    • Feedback Integration: Serve as the primary liaison for incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback into the development process, with a particular focus on improving product quality and user experience.

    Approximate Salary: PLN – net/month – B2B

    Qualification

    • You have good English skills. The entire company's communication is in English only.
    • You have completed a (technical) university degree or an IT-related apprenticeship, are self-taught, or have gained experience in an agency or self-employed job.
    • Understanding of Software Development Processes: While you do not need to code, a foundational understanding of software development practices and principles is essential. This enables effective communication with the development team and a better grasp of the technical feasibility of proposed features.
    • Quality Assurance Awareness: While not directly executing tests, understanding QA processes and the importance of thorough testing before release is beneficial.
    • Agile and Scrum Mastery: Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies and familiarity with Scrum practices. You understand how to manage and prioritize a product backlog to align with business goals and user needs.
    • Technical Familiarity: Knowledge of technology trends and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly. Familiarity with JIRA or similar project management tools is highly desirable.
