- Wykształcenie techniczne – mile widziane osoby po kierunkach : Inżynieria środowiska, instalacje budynkowe, budownictwo zrównoważone, odnawialne źródło energii, systemu zarządzania energią,
- Znajomość zagadnień związanych z energią, OZE, poprawą efektywności energetycznej, funkcjonowaniem systemów wentylacji, ogrzewania i chłodzenia,
- Znajomość problematyki budynków oraz zrównoważonego rozwoju w sektorze nieruchomości,
- Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów zarządzania energią w nieruchomościach
- Wiedza z obszaru zrównoważonego rozwoju;
- Doświadczenie w procesie budowania, monitorowania i realizacji strategii ESG;
- Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego – warunek konieczny,
- Zdolności analityczne związane,
- Umiejętność określania priorytetów na stanowisku pracy i organizacji własnego czasu pracy;
- Znajomość MS Office;
- Ścisłą współpracę z innymi działami firmy w szczególności z działem finansów i administracji oraz działami operacyjnymi,
- Opracowywanie regulacji wewnętrznych firmy w obszarze ESG przy uwzględnianiu wymogów ustawowych i wytycznych
- Udział w procesie budowania, monitorowania i realizacji strategii ESG oraz planowania rocznego,
- Współpracę z działem implementacji nowych kontraktów dot. obsługi budynków,
- Doradztwo w zakresie optymalizacji energetycznej, ograniczania kosztów eksploatacyjnych przy zachowaniu wysokiego poziomu komfortu użytkowników.
- Wsparcie obsługi nieruchomości w zakresie zarządzania energią i środowiskiem,
- Analizę wskaźników środowiskowych ze wskazaniem sposobów ich poprawy, śladu węglowego
- Planowanie neutralności klimatycznej firmy z uwzględnieniem przepisów prawnych.
