    Opis

    We are looking for a Sustainability & ESG Consultant for our ESG and Sustainability Transformations team.

    Candidates may come from Warszawa / Kraków / Wrocław / Katowice / Gdańsk.

    This role will be responsible for supporting the ESG team to provide consultancy services, especially in relation to Sustainability building energy certification and net zero carbon consultancy.

    What this job involves

  • Developing and delivering ESG Strategies (assets)
  • Net Zero Carbon Projects
  • Sustainability and Health & Wellbeing projects
  • Green Building Certifications
  • Managing reporting in EU Taxonomy, CRREM
  • Managing reporting and GRESB-submission projects.

    • Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Essential thermal modelling skills and experience (carbon modelling skills are desirable).
  • General understanding of ESG in the field of assets.
  • Experience in delivering projects related to building sustainability certification appraisals (such as BREEAM, LEED, WELL, or similar), carbon footprint assessments, building energy audits, carbon management services, climate change assessments, net-zero transitions (embodied or net-zero operational buildings), or related services.
  • Background / Qualification in Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
  • Experience using energy modelling of buildings utilising specialized software
  • Track record in developing a profitable business in energy management.
  • Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability in buildings.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Polish.

    • Desirable skills

  • Experience in CRREM.
  • Knowledge of EU Taxonomy.
  • Experience in GRESB reporting.
  • Knowledge of NFRD and CSRD.
