Role: Technical & HSE Specialist

​ Contract of Employment, up to 10,000 PLN gross monthly.

Responsibilities:

Participating in new projects of implementing global policies and procedures and aligning them to local structures.

Coordinating HSEQ activities, implementing IMS and ONE MAESTRO company referential, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards.

Ensuring, controling and participating in audits related to applied procedures.

Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with permits and certificates.

Managing maintenance requests, procurement, and billing documents.

Conducting technical assessments and addressing malfunctions promptly.

Participating in station creation and renovation projects, providing HSE expertise, and managing environmental impact.

Ensuring product quality processes and managing complaint cases.​

Requirements:

​Educational background in engineering or related technical field.

​Prior experience in administration and technical documentation management.

​​Demonstrated experience in implementing procedures and policies.

​​Fluent English B2+/C1, both spoken and written.​

​​Driving license.

Oil and gas or construction background would be beneficial.

​​While prior HSE experience is beneficial, candidates at junior levels are encouraged to apply.
