- Lead a team of recruitment specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Develop strategies for online B2C client (candidates) acquisition, utilizing various channels and digital tools to reach target audiences effectively.
- Monitor and analyze client acquisition results to optimize strategies, ensuring the achievement of recruitment goals.
- Manage the end-to-end B2C recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement and refine tools, processes, and strategies to enhance the overall recruitment efficiency of the team.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, sales, and e-commerce for an integrated approach to B2C client acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry networks and platforms to actively acquire B2C clients.
- Stay informed about trends and new tools in digital recruitment, proposing innovative solutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Actively promote the development of the team's competencies, ensuring continuous growth.
- Native-level proficiency in Spanish is a must.
- Minimum B2 level of proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in recruitment.
- Previous experience in managing recruitment or sales teams.
- Strong orientation towards achieving measurable results.
- Ability to inspire and guide the recruitment team to success, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adaptability to navigate rapidly changing recruitment landscapes with ease, and adjust strategies to meet evolving priorities and market dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving skills to make informed decisions to overcome obstacles and ensure the efficiency of the recruitment process.
