WYMAGANIA
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant advanced degree is preferred;
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in oil and refinery industries;
• Theoretical familiarity with refinery plant configuration
• Experience in refinery optimizations with using Aspen PIMS or other software will be a strong advantage;
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills with strong drive for results;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of additional data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) will be an asset;
• Effectiveness in identifying, diagnosing and solving process issues;
• Teamwork skills, Quality and results oriented;
• Open for new challenges and business environment dynamics with changing priorities;

PODSTAWOWE ZADANIA
• Preparation of production plan assumptions.
• Preparation of dispatch schedules.
• Daily analysis of distribution plan execution.
• Control and optimization of dispatch capacity limits operational inventories and raw materials stocks.
• Calculation, analysis and reporting of compulsory stock obligation.
• Creating and developing planning tools and processes.
• Collaborating with production, sales and logistics departments.
