- Create Export Orders and deliveries in SAP.
- Manage communication with customers and Avient branches.
- Back-order processing in close alignment with commercial sales, credit management and supply chain.
- Coordinate export shipments with carriers and warehouses.
- Coordinate import shipments from port of destination to our warehouses.
- Manage shipping documents.
- Comply with Legal Requirementsand Import & Export Procedures.
- Timely identify potential issues and ensure appropriate escalation.
- Apply work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined standard operations procedures.
- Act as a back up for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure.
- Support improvement projects and scope enhancement/knowledge transfer activities.
- Actively participate in regular team and GBS meetings.
- Maintain positive work relationship with members of other teams in and outside of the GBS to whom information is provided or from whom information is gathered.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
- Interface with other GBS teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities.
- Maintain work instructions and working references and ensure adherence to defined policies and standard operations procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external controls and support audits on request.
- Facilitate and ensure proper knowledge transfer within team and between all involved stakeholders inside and outside of the GBS.
- Propose and foster process improvement & productivity increase initiatives and projects.
- Bachelor graduate and/or certified in job related fields.
- +4 years of related experience, preferred in SSC/GBS/BPO environment.
- English B2 with knowledge in job related field .
- Knowledge in excel and other MS office applications.
- ERP system knowledge, SAP would be a plus.
- Data/process analytic tools can be a plus (Power BI, Tableau etc.).

EXPORT AND IMPORT SENIOR SPECIALIST
Manage timely supply of our products from European distribution centers to global customers outside European Community. Manage raw material supplies from overseas into our production sites in EMEA. Oversees & executes the entire process from order creation, shipping, shipment tracking till goods arrival at destination. Closely interact with internal and external stakeholders i.e. shipping companies, customs agents, sales force, staff of our warehouses and our clients.
