- Coordinating finance and accounting processes in GDC; taking ownership if needed
- Preparing management reporting for local Leadership Team purposes and global reports;
- Provide meaningful and high standard analysis to drive the right strategic decisions;
- Acting as a Finance Business Partner for lines of business and Supporting Functions Leaders (HR, Facility, IT, L&D);
- Participation (also in role of coordinator) in new projects & new tools implementation; propose new solutions and design new reports, analysis;
- Other ad hoc tasks as requested by line manager and key stakeholders;
- Support Finance Operating Team standard activities, MEC\YEC, external audits;
- Sharing knowledge and best practices with team members
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI and VBA will be a big plus;
- Experience in SAP is a must;
- Focus on cooperation and achieving results;
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple tasks whilst maintain a high level of accuracy;
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in a professional manner;
- Ability to support make business decision in various areas related accounting and finance;
- Finance/controlling background;
- Very good English.
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills would be a big plus
- Professional experience in tools implementation would be a big plus
