- Wykształcenie techniczne (inżynier lub technik), preferowane w kierunkach: zarządzanie obiektami, inżynieria budowlana, architektura budynków, administracja budynkami, konserwacja instalacji elektrycznych, automatyka budynkowa,
- Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne, samodyscyplina i umiejętność samodzielnego działania,
- Empatyczny i nastawiony na relacje. Cierpliwość w dążeniu do długoterminowych celów. Zorientowany na ulepszenia i standaryzację,
- Komunikatywny język angielski.
