    About the opportunity:

    You'll work with Cloud Solutions, so experience in this field is a key requirement. Your main focus will be on Microsoft Endpoint Manager, but having a broad understanding of on-premises and M365 is essential. You'll contribute to setting up new solutions, improving existing ones, and upgrading solutions. The aim is to transition fully to the Cloud, automate Windows & Office versions, establish governance for assets and management platforms, and ensure seamless cloud PC management with zero reliance on on-prem infrastructure.

    We handle a variety of devices and platforms such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and SOTI. Exciting technologies like Autopilot, Windows 11, and HoloLens are on the horizon to enhance user experience, sustainability, and security.

    As the primary driver of ongoing projects, you'll provide support and guidance to your less experienced peers. Additionally, you'll collaborate with the Solution Architect and internal Security Team to strategize project approaches.

    Who we are looking for:

    • Contribute to transitioning from on-prem to cloud-based solutions
    • Act as a trusted advisor for IT Operations and Security
    • Manage Devices in co-management configuration Intune / SCCM
    • Recommend enhancements to the current setup to maximize the value of Cloud services
    • Provide long-term support for migrating from SCCM to Intune
    • Monitor Intune/Microsoft 365 for any changes that may impact Arla's services
    • Mentor junior team members
    • Consistently update and maintain all relevant technical documentation

    Who you are:

    As a Senior Endpoint Solutions Consultant, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Device Management and Microsoft 365 solutions, and:

    • Strong IT background and hands-on experience with implementing/migrating endpoint devices for mid to large scales
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and SCCM
    • Thorough understanding of cloud architecture principles, patterns, privacy, and security
    • Skills in on-premises solutions like AD and GPO
    • Fluency in English
    • Self-driven with a knack for innovation
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
    • Familiarity with various End-user Devices such as Notebooks, PCs, MACs, Tablets, and Mobile Devices
    • Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator certification would be advantageous
    • Basic knowledge of Jamf, Soti, or other MDM solutions would be a plus
