    Responsibilities :
    Resolving incidents, requests and problems.


    Analyzing the problem and co-ordinating with other teams to fix the issue Owning the issue and driving till closure Supporting the production environment, accessing upstream and downstream applications Striving for continuous process improvement in close cooperation with the Feature teams in Paris and Bangalore Creating and maintaining required documentation/manuals to work towards standardizing processes Keeping process and documentation up to date.
