- Managing End to End Tag Management Process and leading daily stand up
- Tag management and operations for various campaign digital assets including Veeva approved emails, automated emails and digital banners etc.
- Coordination with content and campaign teams to understand the tagging requirement, provide clarifications on tagging possibilities and ensuring proper execution of UTM tagging by the team to understand if the tags are firing correctly.
- Coordination with the analytics and insights team to gain feedback into tags firing and events
- Upscaling tagging operations to multiple digital assets with increasing campaign scale
- Understanding of web tagging in addition to campaign digital asset tagging
- Identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to optimize tagging based on the insights
- Ensuring timely execution of all tags
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
- Understanding of campaign journeys and why events are configured in a particular way is a good to have
- Collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluating emerging technologies. Providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or marketing / Digital Marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing and Tag Management tools (Claravine tagging experience is preferred, GTM is also acceptable)
- Experience in working with Lifesciences / Pharma brands for digital marketing activities
- Understanding of web tagging in addition to campaign digital asset tagging
- Experience in training: Team members/Agency's/CX/ CDM's/Cross Functional teams
- Experience in working with senior management & communicating clearly on all projects
- Excellent communication skills (should have past experience in working in large multinational corporations)

About the role:
Tag Campaign Manager will be working with a leading Lifesciences company and responsible for planning, executing, and reviewing digital asset tags for their marketing campaigns.
They are responsible for coordinating with content, campaign and brand teams, understanding ongoing digital campaign operations, and creating an environment that drives effective tag management for the organization's digital assets. They work closely with internal and external teams for the formation, execution, and management of the company's digital marketing efforts
