- Campaign management experience (Adobe Campaign, classic)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Data management skills / SQL basics
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn
- Some experience in digital marketing, CRM or web development
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperate with other colleagues and being a dedicated team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with major campaign management and marketing automation solutions such as Adobe Campaign, IBM Silverpop, Unica, Salesforce, ExactTarget, Responsys strongly preferred.
