Overall Description
We are looking for a (Senior) IT Analyst to take part of a maintenance unit for our Loan IQ application. This is an opportunity to work with the ITIL framework in practice as well as working in an agile environment together with our change and business organization in a BizDevOps operating model.
You'll join the Corporate Banking & International Units team, where we are different sub-teams maintaining our applications in this case the Loan IQ sub-team. You'll take part in setting up requirements to the solution in order for us to best serve our customer's needs. You'll be a key person in interaction between all stakeholders: maintenance organization, business, operations, developers, testers and change organization.
