- Leading all aspects of commercial activities for the franchise, including marketing strategy & execution, identifying new patients on therapy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a strong patient-centric approach.
- Developing a local Neurology franchise strategy based on the Global strategy, creating localized Brand plans, managing launch plans, and monitoring performance reviews to ensure strategic integration and portfolio synergies. Identifying and capitalizing on new brand or trade opportunities in alignment with marketing strategies. Utilizing market data to optimize product strategies.
- Creating local forecasts with a solid understanding of P&L, insights, trends, and effective resource and budget management. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to execute brand plans and achieve KPIs. Monitoring and reporting team activities accurately and timely to attain relevant KPIs at various levels.
- Developing communication & campaign materials, overseeing external agencies, and obtaining necessary approvals;
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring the team for professional development and value creation. Encouraging strong cross-team collaboration.
- Establishing and managing relationships with KEEs in collaboration with Medical and senior management. Engaging in policy shaping activities and market access efforts. Proactively sharing best practices with global/regional teams.
- Demonstrating business ethics and ensuring compliance with values, local laws, policies, and Marketing procedures. Upholding high ethical standards and integrity.
- Performing other duties within the scope of the position as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Extensive pharmaceutical commercial experience with a strong performance track record.
- Proven senior marketing and senior sales leadership, with success in expanding market share and launching new products and brands. Blend of creative marketing skills and robust commercial acumen.
- Solid experience in managing and developing individuals and teams. Motivational and supportive leader promoting cross-functional collaboration.
- Previous Pharmaceutical experience in Neurology is advantageous.
