- Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned product categories or regions based on historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Report out of stock situation to the commercial Export Market business and provide an overview on supply situation and availability based on information from the central systems;
- Cultivate strong relationships with Supply Hub and Customer Service to gain a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain, facilitating optimized information flow and transparent customer service.
- Execute demand and supply planning activities within in-house systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Optimize inventory management processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Coordinate product Master Data setup and ensure an efficient material creation process, encompassing in-market data, logistical data, waste database, and PAF.
- Take responsibility for managing demand and supply processes in SAP/APO, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
- Min 2 years of experience in Demand planning (mandatory experience area) and Supply planning in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes
- Technical skills (Excel, SAP APO/SNP)
- Fluent English
- Very good problems solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, negotiation and problems solving skills with ability to contribute fully to cross functional teams

As a Demand & Supply Planner, you will be the main contact for Supply Planning HUB. In this role you will deliver consistent forecast accuracy and bias targets via maintaining end-to-end forecast. You will ensure the productavailability, across customers, categories and regions.Your role involves providing input for Demand Forecasting in the Core Commercial Cycle (CCC) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for Export Hub, managing End-to-End Demand Planning and In-Market Supply for the Cluster.
This is a role for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Location: Poland ( Warsaw or Poznań)
