    Job Description

  • To ensure that Supply Chain goals for the region in regards to Revenue, Cost, Cash and Customer are met
  • To represent end to end Supply Chain for the region, be involved into strategic discussions as well as customers/stakeholders escalations

    • Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Play active part in revenue alignment between Sales and Finance
  • Continuously track revenue for the region, assess and mitigate risks
  • Act as SC focal point for Sales, Services teams as well as other Supply Chain functions
  • Be part of the go to market strategy for new products
  • Cooperate closely with Demand Planning to align on forecast, product transitions
  • Minimize inventory by actively seeking ways to bring material on
  • time and reduce available to sell stock


    • Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years experience as Manager in complex multi regional environment (preferably Operations, Supply Chain, Sales or Finance)
  • Understanding of E2E Supply Chain Operations environment and processes is a must
  • Dealing with ambiguity will be key to success
  • High analytical skills will be required to combine different source of data, conclude and make decisions on spot
  • Ability to work in multinational environment (matrix organization, different time zones)
  • Presenting strong communication skills to develop relationships both internally (Supply Chain) and externally (Sales/Customers) will be essential
  • Hands on approach will be required
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and advanced spanish (portuguese would be a plus)
