- Be the CEO's primary point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Craft seamless travel plans and stay ahead of logistics.
- Keep documents, records, and supplies shipshape.
- Create polished reports, presentations, and documents.
- Attend meetings, take stellar notes, and provide support in meeting preparation.
- Dive into special projects and research with enthusiasm.
- Guard sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in project management.
- Exceptional organization and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
- Top-tier written and verbal English skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
- Familiarity with GPT-based chat tools is a plus.
- Problem-solving prowess and a proactive mindset.
