Product Owner

Twój zakres obowiązków

zbieranie i zarządzanie wymaganiami biznesowymi

tworzenie specyfikacji technicznych oraz zarządzanie wymaganiami

tworzenie User Stories

identyfikacja, ocena i zarządzanie współzależnościami między projektami

monitorowanie kluczowych parametrów projektu, raportowanie i prezentacja postępów projektu

kontrolę nad zakresem funkcjonalnym wraz z uzgadnianiem priorytetów i ewentualnych zmian

reagowanie na zmieniające się dynamicznie środowisko projektu

utrzymywanie bardzo dobrych relacji ze wszystkimi stronami projektu

Nasze wymagania

minimum 2 lata na podobnym stanowisku

doświadczenie na pograniczu analizy biznesowej i testowaniu

umiejętność zebrania i przełożenia potrzeb biznesowych na język technologii

doświadczenie w pracy z zespołami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi, w tym zwłaszcza z zespołami deweloperskimi

doświadczenie w metodykach Agile + Znajomość Jira

wiedza z zakresu zarządzania projektami

umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów i podejmowania decyzji

zaangażowanie do pracy oraz wysoka koncentracja do realizacji celów

samodzielność, kreatywność, inicjatywa

biegła znajomość j. angielskiego
