- Partnering closely with both global and local Brand Teams to ensure the most up-to-date and efficient search capabilities are being applied and used most competently.
- Generating reports and providing insights on content usage, engagement, and system performance, utilizing PromoMats analytics tools together with our Global BI-team.
- Identifying inefficiencies and considering new solutions to ensure the content in the Brand Portal is being utilized to its highest potential.
- Creating, updating, and distributing all necessary guidelines for Digital Asset management and the Brand Portal, ensuring that all current processes are followed and kept relevant.
- Regularly reviewing assets in PromoMats to ensure the platform does not contain unapproved versions of materials.
- Business School Master's degree or similar
- Newly graduated or one to two years of experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault or other cloud-based content management systems
- Agency experience with digital content
- Strong communication skills in English
