- Handling Internet lines ordering process – quoting, ordering, communicating and archiving of orders
- Internet requirements assessment based on the data provides by requestor
- Managing communication with the providers and within the organization
- Managing the list of IT services providers
- Building positive relations with IT service providers
- Maintaining network database (CMDB)
- Bachelor degree will be an asset
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in working in international environment
- Being open to change
- The ability to make independent decisions
- Min 1 year of experience from a similar position or general understanding in IT, Telekom or Network department administration
- Experience in reading contracts and frame agreements would be an asset
