- Tactical procurement in line with the product group strategy
- Checking the quality and completeness of purchase requisitions and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Triggering purchase orders in SAP
- Tracking order confirmations, delivery notifications, etc.
- Archiving documents in accordance with local requirements
- Support in investigating the root cause analysis of invoice discrepancies
- Maintaining procurement data for tactical procurement
- Solving availability problems in coordination with the requisitioners
- Coordination of delivery and quality deviations with the respective requisitioner
- Completed commercial or technical training or completed studies
- Relevant professional experience in operational purchasing
- Confident handling of SAP-MM module
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders & suppliers
- Good communication skills in Polish and English, both verbal and written
- Goal-orientated approach to work, commitment and willingness to learn and develop
- Service-orientation and "get the job done" mentality
