- Opracowanie i realizacja strategii jakościowej w nowoczesnym zakładzie produkcyjnym,
- analiza reklamacji Klienta oraz koordynowanie działań korygujących i prewencyjnych,
- zarządzanie niezgodnościami (reklamacje, blokady, audyty),
- kontakt z klientem wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym w zakresie prowadzonych projektów oraz reklamacji,
- proaktywne zaangażowanie i odpowiedzialność za cele jakościowe,
- nadzór nad wsparciem jakościowym dla procesu planowania jakości produktu: PPAP, FAI,
- nadzór nad procesem audytowania linii produkcyjnych,
- przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych w ramach obowiązujących norm jakościowych (ISO, IRIS, etc.),
- aktywny udział w lokalnych działaniach rozwojowych procesów i produktów prowadzonych przez ENG DEV,
- nadzór nad procesem Inspekcji wejściowej i finalnej w celu zapewnienia terminowości i jakości materiału/wyrobu gotowego dla klienta wewnętrznego/zewnętrznego,
- kierowanie i rozwój zespołu inżynierów jakości oraz inspektorów produkcji i inspekcji wejściowej,
- odpowiedzialność za elastyczne i efektywne organizowanie pracy działu jakości: inspekcja, wejściowa i finalna,
- budowanie i rozwój świadomości jakościowej pracowników,
- współdziałanie z kierownictwem przy realizacji globalnej i lokalnej strategii biznesu.
- Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku kierowniczym,
- doświadczenie związane z systemami zarządzania,
- znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie pozwalająca do swobodną komunikację,
- umiejętność zarządzania zespołem, w tym motywacji i ustalania celów pracownikom,
- zorientowanie na cele i umiejętność pracy w dynamicznie zmieniającym się środowisku,
- elastyczność i chęć rozwoju.
