- Daily working with processes, solving problems concerning product/ material.
- Implementation of small improvements kaizens, analyses of product/ material defects.
- Writing and reviewing production documentation, test protocols and reports.
- Collaboration with engineers for process improvements and coordination
- Collaboration with validation engineers for validation of products/ machines process.
- Cooperation with maintenance department in order to assure production process and delivery continuity.
- Formal Education: Master Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Automatics, Production Engineering or related fields.
- Technical knowledge of electronic or mechanical engineering e.g., experience with specification and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
- Min 2 years of experience in manufacturing industry (automotive or medical will be an advantage).
- Developed analytical, organization, communication as well as team-oriented skills.
- Highly productive and performance-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in working virtually, digitally with other sites (Teams, Sharepoint)
- Language: English – min. upper intermediate (B2), Polish – fluent.
- Long-term technical experience in electronic or mechanical engineering, e.g. experience in the specification and commissioning of production equipment.
- Long-standing experience in working in highly regulated industry, with high preference for medical industry, as a plus.

The Production Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for supporting production process by solving daily problems, carrying about quality and safety level of production. In order to improve scrap level is analysing available data and taking appropriate countermeasures. Position is closely related to production department.
This position is part of the RSOL Instruments Production located in RSOL and will be hybrid. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be a part of the Sensors & Instruments Plant and report to Tomasz Partyka Director, Sensor Plant Stargard responsible for Daily working with processes, solving problems concerning product/ material. If you are comfortable in a cross-functional, fast-paced, supportive role and want to work to build a world-class production operations organization, this will be place for you.
