- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną komunikację z kandydatami (min. B2).
- Doświadczenia związane z telefoniczną obsługą klienta lub wyszukiwanie kandydatów do pracy.
- Pierwsze doświadczenie związane z rekrutacją kandydatów.
- Zamiłowanie do (g)rywalizacji i planszówek.
- Duża dawka wiedzy - szkolenia techniczne oraz metodologia prowadzenia projektów rekrutacyjnych.
- Praca w przyjaznej organizacji, w której wierzymy w partnerskie relacje z naszymi Pracownikami, Kandydatami i Klientami.
