- Opracowywanie i wykonywanie strategii badań zgodnie z celami produktu, uwzględniając odpowiedni dobór metod,
- Uczestniczenie w Product Discovery, pomagając zespołowi w identyfikowaniu problemów i tworzeniu nowych pomysłów,
- Badanie ścieżek użytkownika i współpraca z projektantami w budowaniu wiedzy o użytkownikach,
- Analizowanie danych jakościowych i ilościowych oraz przekazywanie wniosków zespołowi produktowemu w celu wspierania podejmowania decyzji,
- Tworzenie raportów i prezentacji z wynikami badań użytkowników.
- Posiadasz min. 3 letnie doświadczenie w badaniach UX ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem produktów i usług cyfrowych?
- W bardzo dobrym stopniu znasz metody badań użytkowników, w tym m.in testy użyteczności, wywiady, ankiety i badania terenowe?
- Rozumiesz proces Product Discovery oraz potrafisz współpracować z zespołem produktowym, umiesz syntetyzować, wyciągać wnioski i przekładać je na działania?
- Dobrze poruszasz się w analizie danych ilościowych?
- Czujesz się swobodnie w przygotowaniu i prowadzeniu prezentacji, a także chętnie prowadzisz warsztaty i spotkania służące wymianie wiedzy?
- Znasz podstawy pracy w środowisku Agile/Scrum?
- Jesteś na bieżąco z trendami branżowymi i najlepszymi praktykami w badaniach UX, aby napędzać innowacje w organizacji?
