    Opis

    Jeżeli szukasz pierwszego doświadczenia w pracy w HR i zależy Ci na rozwijaniu swoich umiejętności, dołącz do nas Do naszego zespołu Administracji Personalnej, poszukujemy HR Supportu/Asystenta/tki do spraw Kadr.

    Zadania:

    • Prowadzenie spraw związanych z administracją kadrową w spółce;
    • Przygotowywanie dokumentów i informacji kadrowych (umowy zlecenia - przygotowywanie i obsługa obiegu dokumentacji)
    • Ewidencjonowanie umów zlecenia w pliku Excel oraz systemie Enova;
    • Archiwizacja, skanowanie dokumentów;
    • Doradztwo i wsparcie dla Managerów liniowych oraz pracowników w zakresie zagadnień personalnych;
    • Inne prace pomocnicze w zespole administracji personalnej.

    Wymagania:

    • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego w mowie i piśmie;
    • Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie;
    • Biegła znajomość pakietu MS Office;
    • Dokładność i zaangażowanie w pełnione obowiązki;
    • Samodzielność i dobra organizacja pracy;
    • Łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów i wysoka kultura osobista;
    • Chęć rozwoju w dziale kadr;
    • Zainteresowanie bądź studia i wyższe wykształcenie w zakresie HR będzie dodatkowym atutem.
