Position :
We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Warranty Manager to oversee and facilitate assistance throughout the warranty period. Warranty Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients while efficiently managing warranty-related services. This position is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery within our warranty commitments.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration closely with suppliers to orchestrate seamless assistance during the warranty period while prioritizing the preservation of client relationships
Managing warranty as a cost center, focusing on maintaining client satisfaction through the provision of covered services
Handling cases involving warranty managed by Tetris after the final handover protocol
Coordination with the former production/project team to ensure the job's completion, sign-off on handover protocols, and receipt of all necessary technical and as-built documentation before engaging the service
Managing the team to ensure effective execution of small projects, which will entail limited scope and must be completed within tight timeframes
Upholding compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards during all service-related activities
Collaboration cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and other relevant teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
Requirements:
Proven track record in project coordination, warranty management, or comparable roles
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to effectively engage with suppliers and clients
Exceptional organizational aptitude, capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities
Proficiency in project management principles and tools to effectively oversee small projects within predefined budgets and timelines
Skilled in establishing and nurturing professional relationships with suppliers and clients
Knowledge of cost management strategies and tactics, with the ability to optimize profit
Ability to comfortably communicate in English (verbally as well as in writing)
Familiarity with construction materials and processes is advantageous
Problem-solving capability to address unforeseen challenges during service coordination
Collaborative attitude with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional
