- Configure AWS services for client-specific software packages
- Analyze and maintain security configurations (e.g. firewall rules) needed to run software in accordance to the client's corporate standards
- Create tasks for other teams to perform actions on the client's infrastructure
- Investigate performance issues and non-obvious problems on production environments
- Document the architecture and write operations instructions in accordance with the C4 model and PMBOK guidelines
- Analyze the impact that functional requirements have on other parts of the system
- Configure test automation in pipelines, incl. automated security testing tools
- Analyze requirements, create concepts and discuss them with the client
- Advise clients in the area of DevOps best practices
- Technical knowledge transfer and communication within the project teams
- Regular participation in client meetings
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts
- Experience with of public cloud platforms
- Experience in operations of software running on production enrivonments
- Knowledge about public cloud architecture best practices
- Ability to work with other teams of professionals that might be limited by their own instructions
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients
- Good knowledge of English language (level B2 or better)
- Knowledge of web application security
- Ability to administer Linux systems
- Demonstrated success as part of a distributed team
- Knowledge of German language (B1 or better)
