- Creating conversation guides and training materials to empower Line Managers and employees in effective performance discussions.
- Developing resources for health and wellbeing conversations, fostering a supportive workplace.
- Crafting training materials to guide mentees and mentors toward successful mentoring relationships
- Craft engaging and informative communications related to learning initiatives.
- Keep employees informed about upcoming programs, workshops, and learning opportunities
- Analyse and summarize data to inform strategic learning decisions.

- Collaborate with our Global Service Centre to leverage insights available through Success Factors Learning
- You bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience working in an L&D Specialist or Advisor role. Your expertise in learning and development is essential to our success.
- You've worked with LMS platforms, and preferably, you're familiar with SuccessFactors Learning. Your ability to navigate and optimize these systems will be invaluable.
- You're skilled at extracting insights from raw data. Your proficiency in Excel allows you to produce concise summaries and actionable reports that drive informed decisions.
- You excel at building relationships and communicating effectively at all levels within the organization. Your ability to collaborate and engage with diverse stakeholders sets you apart.
