- Ensure timely delivery of tools, spares, and accessories to the site, properly configured and assembled, in coordination with Project Managers. Address any information gaps in consultation with Corporate PAM and the Territory Director/PM to determine the way forward. Coordinate tool return dates and shipments.
- Oversee all aspects of the territory workshop, including maintaining cleanliness and accurate records.
- Manage and update the territory's tools, spares, and accessories inventory, preventing shortages, organizing storage, labeling, planned usage reporting, and success rate evaluation. Strive for 100% run success rate, evaluate tool performance, propose enhancements, and hold projects accountable for any tool damage due to mishandling. Coordinate tool shipping between project sites, Corporate PAM, and suppliers. Forecast, budget, and procure tools for the upcoming year, considering manpower needs and workshop space. Assess and update unused spares inventory.
- Promote increased and optimized tools and equipment utilization among Project Managers in the region/territory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tool and production roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Advanced GMP training and implementation skills
- Proficient in English, additional language skills are a plus
- Flexible with work hours
- Strong technical writing skills, background in electronics or mechanical Engineering preferred
- Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Sledworks, AutoCAD beneficial

PIPECARE EUROPE is in need of a Planning Assets Management (PAM) representative to become part of its expanding team. The main responsibility of the PAM representative is to oversee all aspects of the tool fleet in the territory, managing inventory, and asset accountability for tools, spares, and accessories. The PAM rep ensures timely identification and provision of tools, spares, and accessories for commercial projects, requiring close collaboration with Project Managers. Additionally, the PAM rep supervises the territorial application engineer responsible for designing tool configurations, subject to approval by the Territory manager.
Functions, Responsibilities & Authorities
Reporting:
The PAM rep's duties involve facilitating tool provision for commercial use and overseeing workshop management.
Reporting for these activities is shared between Regional Management on a weekly basis.
