    Opis

    Dla naszego Klienta - międzynarodowej firmy z branży elektronicznej, poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko ERP Technical Leader (Infor LN).

    Obowiązki:

    • projektowanie i utrzymywanie architektury ERP pod kątem skalowalności i niezawodności
    • zarządzanie integracją z innymi systemami w celu zapewnienia płynnego przepływu danych, dokonywanie niezbędnych aktualizacji i migracji danych
    • wdrażanie strategii bezpieczeństwa w celu ochrony danych i systemu, opracowywanie planów minimalizujących przestoje i zapobiegających utracie danych
    • nadzór nad przechowywaniem danych, dostępem do nich i strategiami tworzenia kopii zapasowych
    • zapewnienie wsparcia w kwestiach związanych z systemem ERP i pomoc użytkownikom końcowym, zarządzanie rolami i uprawnieniami użytkowników
    • stałe raportowanie, monitorowanie i zapewnienie wydajności serwerów i infrastruktury systemu
    • kierowanie rozwojem niestandardowych funkcji ERP
    • nadzór nad zakupem komponentów systemu ERP
    • prowadzenie dokumentacji dotyczącej architektury i konfiguracji systemu

    Wymagania:

    • wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze IT
    • ok. 5-letnie doświadczenie w obszarze technicznego wsparcia dla systemów ERP, w tym systemu Infor LN
    • dogłębna znajomość systemów ERP, ich struktury i funkcjonalności, umiejętność ich projektowania
    • bardzo dobra znajomość technicznych aspektów systemów ERP, w tym baz danych, serwerów i sieci
    • znajomość zgodności z przepisami w strukturze ERP i procedurami bezpieczeństwa
    • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zmianą i dokumentacją
    • doświadczenie w kierowaniu zespołem wsparcia technicznego - mile widziane
    • bardzo dobra komunikacja w języku angielskim (min. B2), w mowie i piśmie
    • umiejętności kreatywnego myślenia i poszukiwania innowacyjnych rozwiązań
    • doświadczenie w dynamicznie rozwijającym się środowisku, łatwość w dostosowywaniu się do zmian
    • wysoko rozwinięta komunikatywność i umiejętność współpracy z zespołami
