Opis

You are going to join the most innovative team in the company, which is already opening new business doors widely.

Your expertise and knowledge are crucial to shape and plan our solutions.

You will be responsible for designing the product technicalities, but also you are our business-to-tech consultant, proposing a variety of solutions supporting our growth.

We are also expecting you to be our technical guide, who explains technicalities and their consequences to non-technical people.

You will have a chance to cooperate with external partners who are our customers, proposing technical solutions to their needs.

Also, you will be in touch with multiple internal development teams assuring the right design and quality of the implemented solution.

5 or more years of relevant experience (designing and developing large scale applications) as Java Technical Leader/ Solution Architect

1 or more years of experience with microservices design in a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
Experience with ecommerce plugins (Woo Commerce, Magneto, Prestashop etc.) - MUST
Expertise in modern API architectures - API design, API based integrations
Expertise in API security (IAM, integrity and confidentiality, reliability and availability
Knowledgeable about Integration of 3rd parties (e Commerce, PSP, POS)
Experience with JVM and Node JS ecosystems
Experience with frontend technologies (for example: Type Script or React) - MUST
Courageous to explore, learn, propose, and try out new technologies and approaches
Solution oriented: able to deconstruct a problem and figure out the most effective solution
Strong ability to communicate in English on a day-to-day basis in speaking and writing
Willingness to do some international business traveling if required

,[Promote a culture of an API first approach in solution design by coaching and guiding the development teams both internal and external., Develop technical design of BNPL solutions to be in line with directions agreed in architectural guidelines., Technical partnering with the business team to guide, advise, and propose technical solutions that support business growth., Cooperation with external partners to agree scope of their deliverables and to review the outcomes of their services., Support to our customers – e-commerce platforms, to propose technical solutions that fit their needs., Close collaboration with multiple internal development teams assuring the right design and quality of implemented solutions are in place., Demonstrate flexibility and agility related to critical thinking and making decisions with complex considerations as it relate to business implications., Produce business-relevant presentations, and convey complex information in a manner that is easily understood and actionable to both non-technical and technical leaders., Foster relationships with engineers and architects to ensure we are developing cohesive and comprehensive solutions.
