- Processing vendor invoices,
- Preparing and executing payment disbursements
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating effectively with vendors, customers, internal and other external parties.
- Prepare data for reporting.
- Participation in the month-end closing process,
- Everyday contact with other ADM locations,
- Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
- Cooperation with other accountants and support on daily duties,
- Proactive participation in standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects Requirements:
- 1 + of experience in accountancy (preferably in SSC)
- Willing to learn and develop their knowledge and skills in the accounting area
- Having fluent English skills in speaking and writing
- Good knowledge of French is must have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, etc.)
- A collaborator with strong customer service skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to function in a deadline-oriented environment while paying attention to details
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Poznań office
