    Your Responsibilities
  • Participation in the month closing process (accrual calculation, analyzes, B/S reconciliations ),
  • Preparing financial data for monthly reporting,
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping,
  • Providing our partners with weekly/monthly/quarterly reports,
  • Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures,
  • Assist in performing internal controls including month-end activities according to control framework,
  • Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process,
  • Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities
    • Your Profile
  • 3+ years of job experience in audit and controlling,
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting,
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems (SAP is nice to have).
  • Working knowledge of MS Office,
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; French is an asset,
  • General knowledge of ADM's business divisions will be an advantage,
  • Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines,
  • Ability to analyze and design business processes,
  • Create a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolution
  • Ability to work from Poznań office 3 times per week.
