    What you'll be doing:

    • Handling a variety of tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
    • Exploring banking products such as leasing, hire purchase, and factoring
    • Managing process work related to verification and financing of leasing contracts
    • Contributing new ideas to enhance process routines
    • Enhancing process knowledge to meet service requirements
    • Cooperating with colleagues from Scandinavian and Baltic countries
    • Developing and maintaining process documentation
    • Immersing yourself in dynamic and passionate team environments

    The position is based in Łódź.

    Your profile and background:

    • Proficient in English
    • Familiarity with MS Office tools
    • Strong team player
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Proactive and change-oriented mindset
    • University degree in finance or accounting
    • Banking experience is beneficial but not mandatory
