Opis
We are looking for experienced Business Analyst to support development of Install Base management application.Main application logic and its algorithms are stored in a database.
Users have access to the application through the front page (web access), offline desktop app, set of web services and mobile app.
Together with Developers (Backend/Frontend), QA Engineers and other BAs you will be working on providing new functionalities in two-weeks sprints At least three years of experience in a similar position, preferably with mobile application; Very good communication skills; Customer focus; Fluent in English; Be self-driven; Good IT knowledge; Ability to ask right questions during requirements gathering We are looking for experienced Business Analyst to support development of Install Base management application.

Together with Developers (Backend/Frontend), QA Engineers and other BAs you will be working on providing new functionalities in two-weeks sprints ,[Gathering and transferring high-level user stories/specifications from requestors to detailed user stories to secure development perspective;, Support the project organization in the incident and problem resolution;, Supporting other Analysts and Product Owner to prioritize Requirements and create application Road Map;, Working closely with Development and Quality to help understanding user's needs;, Working with support lines to provide high level support.
