- 4+ years of IT PM experience (excellent knowledge on software development life-cycle)
- Excellent knowledge on Agile software development methodologies
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to organize and develop detailed work plans
- English communication skills (C1 level)
- Great communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across different time zones
- Experience in working at Software House
- PSM, KMP, Prince2, PMP certifications
- LeSS and SAFe frameworks (certificates are a big plus)
