Opis

Flex Wind is a full-service provider of wind turbine installation and blade repair solutions in Europe, South America and Africa. Nearly 200 technicians are currently working with Flex Wind in Europe.

2024 will be a year of very big development for us. We are expanding our service package, entering new markets, new business areas, and will start working with new customers. We also plan to implement several strategic initiatives that will strengthen our position in the market and gain new competencies.

Therefore, We are looking for a capable

Project Manager

ready for exciting challenges in the wind energy sector.

You will be part of a team of Project Managers setting new standards for how we execute a diverse portfolio of projects in an international environment. As an integral part of the role you will be leading projects with focus on strengthening team collaboration and delivering to our customer commitments.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that safety is always a top priority for both yourself and the team. Be a visible leader in promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
Take on the challenge of project planning from the moment they are handed over from the sales department, and participate in internal and external kick-offs, all the way to project completion. Motivate the team to achieve goals
Conduct feasibility analyses and risk assessments, proactively identifying potential challenges and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Be a leader overseeing all aspects of projects - set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and regularly report to management and stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with the internal team and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Define standards and identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project support functions and optimize processes.

Requirements:

Experience in project management, especially in the energy industry.
Higher education in engineering or project management.
Fluent communication skills in English.
Interpersonal skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Willingness to work in an international environment.
