- bieżące monitorowanie wskaźników DQ i zlecanie na ich podstawie działań naprawczych odpowiednim jednostkom
- monitorowanie postępów działań naprawczych, współpraca z jednostkami odpowiedzialnymi i pomoc w rozwiązywaniu problemów
- raportowanie postępów w poprawie jakości danych na komitetach, forach oraz do Grupowego CDO
- współpracę z Grupowym CDO w zakresie analizy bieżących wyników jakości danych, trendów, planów naprawczych, statusu wskaźników
- wsparcie jednostek biznesowych w procesie certyfikacji danych w zakresie raportowania wskaźników DQ
- uczestnictwo w projektach bankowych mających na celu poprawę jakości konkretnego obszaru danych
- analizę ekspercką i rekomendację obszarów do prowadzenia działań związanych z jakością danych
- zaprojektowanie i wdrożenie ścieżki zgłaszania zdarzeń dotyczących danych
- wdrożenie procedur i narzędzi do utrzymania procesu
- wypracowanie linii podziału odpowiedzialności i kontroli
- wypracowanie wskaźników procesu
- propagowanie wiedzy i priorytetu procesu w organizacji w przyjazny, zachęcający sposób za pomocą dostępnych mediów (intranet/webinary/newsletter itp.)
- współpracę z Data Stewardami (osobami odpowiedzialnych za poszczególne obszary danych w Banku)
- znajomość zagadnień jakości danych
- angielski komunikatywny (B/C)
- SQL podstawy/średniozaawansowany (tworzenie zapytań, filtrowanie, agregacja, łączenia)
- komunikatywność na bardzo wysokim poziomie
- nastawienie na współpracę z różnorodnymi jednostkami (IT i biznes)
- umiejętność propagowania wiedzy w organizacji, nawiązywania i zachęcania do współpracy
