    Technologies-expected : VMware SQL Veeam Linux technologies-optional : Python Power Shell AWS Microsoft Azure about-project : We are looking for a student or young professional to join our Global Operations Center.


    The team is responsible for management and monitoring of our corporate server & application infrastructure providing level 2 systems support.

    As Intern you will have opportunity to learn new IT skills in large enterprise environment.

    responsibilities :
    Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve server infrastructure alerts.

    Follow knowledge articles to provide support for these systems.

    Work effectively with cross-function teams of IT professionals to troubleshoot these systems.

    Track the resolution of all issues.

    Work with tier 3 teams and other service providers to create, escalate and resolve support issues.

    Coordinate remotely with local site contacts to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues.

    Escalate critical issues appropriately to the Shift Supervisor and support teams.

    Complete project related tasks as assigned by the Shift Supervisor.


    requirements-expected : Basic knowledge of server systems, such as infrastructure architecture, VMware, Veeam, and/or new technologies for monitoring system infrastructure.

    Strong written communication skills, including the ability to document operations procedures.


    Strong verbal communications skills, including professional customer service skills and the ability to effectively deal with hardware and software vendors when troubleshooting problems.
