Role purpose/summary:
The Booking Coordinator will manage multiple projects and will be responsible for planning and scheduling of voice talents, engineers, and directors. The Booking Coordinator will make sure to enhance a proper use of the recording rooms by scheduling efficiently, and together with the Team Lead, ensuring that the right capacity and resources are in place for optimization of resource capacity and studio utilization.
The Booking Coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, freelancers, and voice talents while working in tandem with the Project Managers and The Team Lead Booking.
The Booking Coordinator reports to: Team Lead Booking.

KPIs / deliverables:
· Production output measured by number of concurrent projects handled per month
· Quality output measured by percentage of studio utilization
Responsibilities:
· Booking management and planning, scheduling from start up to delivery
· Coordination of recording and editing studios workflow, including working time for engineers, directors and voice talents
· Booking of talent and plan recording in an efficient way to meet budgets and timelines
· Capacity and resource (studio, engineers, directors) planning
· Follow up of production plan and bookings daily
· Understanding client's needs and expectations, securing deadlines are met
· Daily communication with stakeholders in the PM team, engineers, directors and voice talent
· Keep all booking overviews up to date
· Various Ad Hoc tasks related to booking
Role requirements:
· Native Polish language, proficiency in English
· Your availability from Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM
· Understands dubbing workflows, processes and repeating challenges
· Strong structural skills with attention to detail and with a solution driven approach
· Ability to build and maintain relationships on different levels
· Works comfortably with multiple projects and deadlines
· Team player
· Highly motivated individual who works comfortably and autonomously in fast-paced environments
· Work collaboratively and independently while managing aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
