    We're in search of a Marketing Lead to steer brand growth and business success of Confectionary category in Poland and Baltics. As the head of the Confectionary category, the key driver for our hub in terms of size and growth, you'll play a crucial role in shaping its future. This role offers the chance to develop a long-term vision for brand identity and value creation while establishing a new organizational structure focused on local empowerment. With full PnL responsibility for an approximate scope of $350 million in Net Revenue, you'll offer guidance to a team of 15+ professionals, ensuring top-notch marketing and business performance. Being a key connection with other business functions and colleagues in Zurich, you will steer strategic planning and successful execution, utilizing local consumer insights for competitive advantages. Reporting to the Marketing Director for Poland and the Baltics, this position provides an exceptional opportunity to influence and expand our business while enhancing your marketing and business skills.

    Main Responsibilities:

    Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Creating a positive & collaborative team spirit, setting ambitious and clear goals, guiding the organization through change, and achieving ambitious growth targets
    • Team size: 3 direct reports, 17 team members

    Contribution to overall business value growth:

    • Participate in category business management to achieve PLBAL category targets: market-specific strategies, budget priorities, category business meetings
    • Develop strong brand plans in close collaboration with EU & cross-functional teams
    • Establish brand business goals & achieve them with your dedicated team

    Brand strategies, marketing plan development, and execution:

    • Create annual Marketing plans, utilizing local consumer & customer insights, considering Global/Regional brand agenda, equity and innovation strategies, as well as the strategy and development of the full mix for local jewels
    • Develop plans & ensure execution excellence on all mix components
    • Brand portfolio: Milka, Prince Polo, Nussbeiser

    Candidate Requirements:

    We seek a seasoned Marketing leader with over 10 years of experience for this role. Essential to have proven expertise in business and people management - along with a track record of strategic prowess, team engagement, results delivery, and proficient management of all marketing aspects.

    We are looking for a marketing leader with a passion for brands and a drive to deliver exceptional marketing work, and establish a remarkable legacy for Mondelez brands in Poland and Baltics.

    You must be adaptable and enthusiastic to collaborate closely with the Sales and Category Planning teams.

    You should be well-versed in commercial aspects and financially astute, with strong business acumen and ideally experience in sales in addition to solid marketing experience and skills.

    Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.

    The role is located in Warsaw, Poland.

    The duties of this role are carried out within the framework of a regional business model established and overseen by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland. Relocation support between countries is available through our Global Mobility Policies.
