- With direct guidance, execute rigorous verification and testing of BCBS related reports, processes, and controls. Independently assess, through verification and testing, the controls to ascertain whether they are compliant with BCBS principles.
- Identify control gaps related to the BCBS principles through verification and testing. Coordinate with control owners on remediation plans including following through to ensure corrective actions are achieved within agreed timescales.
- Support the execution of the BCBS assessment program in providing thorough and reliable identification of planning, testing, documentation, and reporting of the effectiveness of BCBS compliance for delivery to the senior management and external committees.
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders across all levels and departments of the organization.
- Lead and/or assist on special projects as the need arise. Contributes to the achievement of team goals. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- years of total work experience preferred. Experience in public accounting, BCBS , SOX testing, financial services or shared services is preferred. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
- Experience in Power BI and Alteryx is preferred.
