    Koordynator Serwisu

    Opis stanowiska:

    Osoba zatrudniona na stanowisku Koordynatora Serwisu zobowiązana zapewnienia obsługi serwisowej Klientom w podległym regionie, organizacji i rozliczania prac techników i podwykonawców oraz owych oraz do raportowania swoich działań przy pomocy przewidzianych do tego celu narzędzi.

    Do zadań Koordynatora Serwisu należy:

  • Przyjmowanie, organizowanie i rozliczanie zleceń serwisowych.
  • Organizowanie realizacji przeglądów i napraw w powierzonych regionach przy udziale techników własnych i podwykonawców
  • Zamawianie części serwisowych
  • Fakturowanie zrealizowanych prac
  • Stały kontakt z przedstawicielami wyznaczonymi przez Klienta w zakresie przyjmowania i rozliczania zleceń serwisowych, zgodnie z procedurami Klienta
  • Kontrola i rozliczanie techników w zakresie kompletności dokumentów wymaganych do rozliczania zleceń
  • Dbanie o właściwy obieg dokumentów, zgodnie z wymogami Klientów i wykorzystaniem platform przez nich udostępnianych.
  • Stała kontrola nad stanem rozliczeń i wspomaganie innych działów w zakresie wyjaśnień lub windykacji
  • Stałe zbieranie i przekazywanie przełożonym danych statystycznych dotyczących obsługi Klientów.
  • Kontrola i aktualizacja danych dla Call Center w zakresie obsługiwanych obiektów i procedur obsługi poszczególnych Klientów
  • Bieżąca aktualizacja danych w systemach CRM Pracodawcy

    • Terenem działania Koordynatora Serwisu jest obszar całej Polski, przy czym głównym miejscem świadczenia pracy jest siedziba Pracodawcy

    Bezpośredni przełożony : Operations Director PDS

    Wymagania

  • wykształcenie średnie lub wyższe
  • doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
  • umiejętność obsługi komputera w tym znajomość pakietu MS Office
  • prawo jazdy kat. B
  • zdolność do samodzielnej realizacji zadań w ramach uzgodnionego planu
  • otwartość i łatwość nawiązywania kontaktów,
  • nienaganna opinia z poprzedniego miejsca pracy
  • znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie średnio zaawansowanym (B1-B2) w mowie i piśmie
  • dyspozycyjność
