- Organizing and dispatching domestic and cross-border transports via road, air, sea, and CEP shipments
- Advising on shipments in customer portals
- Notification of shipments for transport forwarders or customers' forwarders
- Coordinating Premium Freights
- Creating necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports
- Tracking and tracing shipments
- Coordinating with various interfaces such as sales, carriers, and shipping agencies
- Supporting projects and roll-outs at all stages
- Commercial education background, e.g., completed apprenticeship as an industrial or logistics clerk, forwarding merchant, or a degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field
- Prior experience in Logistics, SCM, or transport complaint handling
- Familiarity with transport processes and administration is preferred
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., Access, SQL) is advantageous
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a bonus
- Limited contract for 18 months
